Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician
A well-established, family-owned commercial refrigeration company serving Metro Detroit since 1949 is looking to add an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician to our team. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial refrigeration equipment, servicing walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, and ice machines, completing service documentation and refrigerant logs, and providing excellent customer service while working independently.
Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of commercial refrigeration experience, experience with walk-in coolers/freezers and ice machines required, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in various environments, and availability for an on-call rotation (12 evenings per week and every 3rd weekend).
Compensation and benefits include $40$50/hour based on experience, weekly pay, health, dental & vision insurance, IRA with company match, paid holidays & vacation, company vehicle, tools, uniforms & smartphone.
