This role is highly visible and hands-on, requiring someone who can balance client relationships, event execution, and team leadership while creating exceptional guest experiences from planning through completion.

What You'll Do

• Lead planning and execution for meetings, catered functions, and campus events of varying size and scope
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the event process
• Ensure smooth, seamless execution and exceptional guest satisfaction at every event
• Recruit, train, coach, and direct banquet and service teams
• Partner with culinary, operations, and administrative teams to coordinate event logistics
• Proactively troubleshoot challenges and maintain a calm, solutions-oriented approach
• Deliver a polished and professional experience from initial planning through event wrap-up

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of event, catering, banquet, or hospitality management experience
• Experience in corporate dining, conference centers, hotels, catering, or large-scale event environments preferred
• Strong leadership presence with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, or special events as business needs require
