Job Summary  

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) serves as a reimbursement and access expert, supporting healthcare providers with benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims assistance, appeals, and payer education for assigned therapies. This client-facing role partners closely with physician offices, manufacturer representatives, and internal teams to help patients gain timely access to treatment while navigating complex reimbursement challenges. 

Duties and Responsibilities:  
Provide reimbursement support for benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims, and appeals. 

Educate healthcare providers on Medicare, commercial insurance plans, and payer landscape trends. 

Build and maintain strong relationships with physician offices and manufacturer partners. 

Deliver provider education through site visits, virtual meetings, and training programs. 

Collaborate with internal hub and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer service and patient access. 

Manage territory activities, account coordination, and project execution. 

Document field activities and case outcomes within CRM systems. 

Required Skills  
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 

8+ years of healthcare reimbursement experience. 

Strong knowledge of Medicare, commercial insurance, Buy & Bill, and/or Specialty Pharmacy. 

Experience with benefit verification, prior authorizations, claims processing, and appeals. 

Excellent presentation, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. 

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Previous field-based, account management, or specialty pharmacy experience preferred. 

Preferred Qualifications  

Must reside within the assigned territory. 

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 

Ability to travel up to 80%.

• Pay rate: $58.17 /hr.   

• Location- Seattle and Portland territory ( Travel: Regular travel within the assigned territory is required.)  

• Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Pay Details: $58.17 per hour
