As a Behavior Technician with our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. Our mission at New Patterns ABA - CT is to foster growth and independence by listening to every voice and working together to discover each individual's potential. Responsibilities: Conduct ABA therapy sessions in home and community settings, incorporating evidence-based interventions and procedures to promote skill acquisition and adaptation Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, in collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and other multidisciplinary team members Collect and record data to measure treatment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions Maintain accurate and detailed session notes, reports, and treatment records Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share knowledge, and receive support Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, or speech-language pathology) preferred 0 years of experience, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization Ability to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Must be comfortable with frequent travel to clients' homes and community settings Opportunities: Flexible PART_TIME schedule with opportunities for advancement Collaborative and supportive work environment with a talented team of professionals Ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr New Patterns ABA
