Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Telemetry, MS, and PCU assignment in a rural setting. The role involves providing patient care across a diverse age range, with a focus on cardiac monitoring and acute care in a small hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions, including cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic medical records.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, infection control protocols, and hospital policies.
• Maintain professional competency through ongoing education and training.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Med/Surg, Telemetry, or PCU units.
• Hold a valid New Hampshire RN license or a Compact state license.
• Demonstrate proficiency with basic dysrhythmia interpretation and telemetry monitoring.
• Have current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Possess strong independent work skills and the ability to hit the ground running.
• Own reliable transportation and include permanent address in profile.
