Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Med Surg-Telemetry team in Claremont, NH . This full-time, permanent opportunity is ideal for an RN with strong Med Surg, Telemetry, and Emergency Department experience who thrives in an independent, fast-paced critical access hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry patients.
• Provide care for Med Surg, PCU, and step-down patients.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition using critical thinking.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Minimum Requirements

• Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License
• 2+ years of ICU, PCU, or Med Surg experience
• 2+ years of Emergency Department (ED) experience
• Telemetry experience required
• BLS (AHA) Certification
• ACLS (AHA) Certification
• PALS (AHA) Certification
• Ability to work independently in a small critical access hospital

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Rural or small facility experience
