Two Hands (twohandshospitality.com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking an experienced lead line cook for our restaurant in Tribeca! Open availability is required, including AM and PM shifts, with weekend availability essential.

We are a growing, innovative hospitality group with restaurants in NYC, Austin, Dallas, Nashville, Franklin, and Denver.

WE OFFER:

• Rate starts at $23/hour and increases depending on qualifications and with time
• Health insurance available for full-time employees after 3 months

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years restaurant experience in this role
• Must have open availability, especially on weekends
• Ability to maintain DOH sanitation standards and uphold the cleanliness of the kitchen
• Advanced knife skills
• Extensive experience in basic cooking techniques
• Leadership experience in a restaurant kitchen
• Ability to work/stand for 8-10 hours a day and occasionally carry up to 20 pounds
• Ability to keep your workspace clean and uphold the standards of the restaurant
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to follow instructions
• Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
