• Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Prior experience providing OT services in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued
• Understanding of school-based Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and assessments
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage caseloads efficiently
• Dedication to fostering student growth and success

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans geared toward student-specific needs
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, other therapists, and families to create accessible learning environments
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and communicate findings with the education team
• Offer ongoing support, training, and recommendations to school staff regarding adaptations or interventions
• Stay current with best practices and professional development in school-based OT
