Senior Associate - Product Designer

We build solutions that power how we serve policy owners, agents, advisors and employees while delivering measurable business outcomes.Across technology, data, AI, cyber, product, digital experience, architecture and infrastructure, TDAV combines the scale and investment of an industry leader, access to leading-edge technologies and the opportunity to help shape how a world-class financial services company competes in the AI era - all backed by the stability and purpose of a mutual company built to last.Role OverviewYou'll work hand-in-hand with multiple cross-functional product teams, business product owners and key leadership stakeholders to translate domain-specific requirements into clear, usable interfaces — balancing the needs of technical stakeholders with the realities of end users who need to move fast without sacrificing accuracy. You will deliver completely AI-based journeys which will render “actionable” analytics and high-value signals potentially causing a direct business impact. What You’ll Do· Design end-to-end UI/UX for multiple analytical products, from early concept through polished, production-ready interfaces· Partner closely with Business Product Owners to envision initial idea mapping, refine varying needs across multiple stakeholders through reviews and craft out intuitive, well-structured designs· Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that make complex data — tables, charts, risk scores, and multi-variable comparisons — easy to scan, interpret, and act on· Establish and maintain design consistency across a portfolio of products through shared patterns, components, and a scalable design system· Conduct or participate in user research and usability testing with agency, marketing, underwriting and other insurance professionals to validate design decisions· Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented with fidelity· Use both qualitative feedback and quantitative product data to inform design rationale and prioritize improvements· Present design work and rationale clearly to cross-functional stakeholders, including non-design partners in the businessWhat You'll Bring· Experience designing for data-heavy, workflow-driven, or B2B/enterprise software — insurance, financial services, or other similar industries a strong plus· A portfolio demonstrating strong UI craft alongside clear UX thinking, especially for dashboards, tables, or analytical interfaces· Comfort working directly with non-design stakeholders (e.g., Business Product Owners, subject matter experts) to gather and interpret requirements· Ability to manage design work across multiple products or workstreams at once· Strong prototyping skills (Figma or equivalent) and familiarity with contributing to or working within a design system· A collaborative approach to working with product managers and engineers throughout the development lifecycle· Clear communication and product driven skills — able to explain design decisions and trade-offs to both design and non-design audiencesJob Level: LEVELPF4Pay TransparencySalary Range: $124,000-$177,000 Overtime eligible: Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes Sales bonus eligible: No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
