Ultrasound Technologist

Role Overview The Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures independently, applying comprehensive knowledge of ultrasound principles to assist in patient diagnosis. Responsibilities Conduct a variety of ultrasound exams with judgment and ingenuity. Promote team collaboration and reflect organizational values. Assist with OB procedures such as CVS, PUBS, and amniocentesis (preferred). Maintain accurate documentation and operate electronic medical databases. Qualifications & Skills Completion of an accredited education program meeting ARDMS prerequisites. Certification as a Registered Sonographer or equivalent upon hire. Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Preferred experience in OB procedures and EMR systems like Epic.
