Mortgage Document Release Specialist

The Mortgage Document Release Specialist is a long-term contract. salary: $17.9 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Manage Mortgage Backed Security Documents being released from the company
• Follow the investor instructions ensuring the attention of every minute detail
• Document activity correctly in the computer system
• Prepare files to be shipped to multiple sources
• Organize files in box for shipment
• Weigh box and prepare labels
• Move boxes and files from the vault to your desk weighing up to 40 pounds
• Push full file carts from one end of the building to the opposite end
