Description
Parallel Ag is seeking a skilled and motivated Polaris Service Professional to join our Redwood Falls, Minnesota location. If you have a passion for powersports equipment, enjoy diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd like to hear from you.
The Polaris Service Professional will perform scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, modifications, and warranty work on Polaris powersports equipment while maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting the work of other departments within the dealership. Their purpose is to continue learning the business and gain the knowledge and experience necessary to work within the framework of the Parallel Ag business model.
- Diagnose, service, and repair Polaris ATVs, UTVs, Rangers, RZRs, snowmobiles, and related powersports equipment
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, warranty repairs, and pre-delivery setup
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, fuel, electrical, and electronic systems
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently, documenting repairs and parts used
- Clearly explain to the customer's satisfaction (if called upon) the diagnosis and repair of equipment
- Respond promptly to customer needs and assist in resolving service-related concerns
- Communicate repair recommendations and findings with service advisors and customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper care of shop equipment and tools
- Continually seek technical and product training opportunities through Polaris and other manufacturers
- Stay current on Polaris product updates, technical bulletins, and service procedures
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, improve and promote quality, and monitor own work to ensure quality
- Observe all safety and security procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, and use equipment and materials properly
- Report any faulty equipment or hazards to the Service Manager and communicate repair trends, comebacks, and service concerns
- Treat management and other employees with respect and contribute to building a positive team spirit
- Follow instructions and promptly respond to management direction
- Work with integrity, always upholding the company's values
- Perform related responsibilities/accountability as required or directed
