Role Description This full-time on-site Chief Operating Officer (COO) role is based in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. The COO will oversee and manage business operations, develop and implement strategic plans, and ensure organizational efficiency. The role entails managing budgets, optimizing financial performance, and driving operational improvements. The COO will collaborate with leadership and teams to ensure alignment with the firm’s vision and goals.
