We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up residential and light commercial projects while helping shape the systems, processes, and operational standards that will drive our next phase of growth. What You'll Do Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, quality, and client satisfaction Partner with Superintendents to drive successful field execution Manage project forecasting, buyout, and change orders Mentor and develop Project Managers and project teams Help implement scalable processes, reporting tools, and construction technology Play a key role in building the GRIT Construction playbook and operational framework What We're Looking For 8+ years of construction project management experience Experience with ground-up Build-to-Rent, multifamily, townhomes, production homes, or residential construction Strong financial, scheduling, procurement, and leadership experience Passion for improving operations and building scalable systems Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow alongside a fast‑growing company Why GRIT?
