Expected Earnings: $60,000–$80,000+

Plasticare is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Littleton, Colorado.

\n

We are a plastics supplier and custom fabrication company working with businesses and individuals on everything from basic plastic sheet and cut-to-size orders to custom fabricated parts, CNC and laser cutting, printing, signage, displays, and other custom projects.

\n

This is a 100% inside sales position . No outside or door-to-door sales.

\n

You’ll work with incoming customers by phone, email, website inquiries, and at our sales counter. Your job is to understand what the customer needs, prepare quotes, follow up, close orders, and develop repeat business.

Compensation\n

Base Pay: $24.00/hour

\n

Approximately $49,920/year base pay based on a 40-hour work week.

\n

PLUS UNCAPPED MONTHLY COMMISSION

\n

There is no commission cap. As your sales grow, your earning potential grows.

What You’ll Do\n

·        Respond to incoming phone, email, website, and walk-in sales inquiries

\n

·        Prepare quotes for plastic materials and custom fabrication projects

\n

·        Follow up on outstanding quotes

\n

·        Convert inquiries and quotes into orders

\n

·        Build relationships with existing customers

\n

·        Develop repeat business

\n

·        Identify additional products and services customers may need

\n

·        Help customers select materials, thicknesses, sizes, and fabrication options

\n

·        Communicate job requirements clearly to our production team

\n

·        Maintain accurate customer, quote, and order information

\n

We also have programs that will help you do this.

\n

Who We’re Looking For\n

You don’t need to be a plastics expert. We’ll teach you our products and capabilities.

\n

We are looking for someone who:

\n

·        Enjoys talking with customers

\n

·        Is comfortable selling by phone, email, and in person

\n

·        Is confident following up and asking for the order

\n

·        Is organized and detail-oriented

\n

·        Has good basic math and measurement skills

\n

·        Learns technical products quickly

\n

·        Is dependable and self-motivated

\n

·        Enjoys solving customer problems

\n

·        Wants compensation tied to performance

\n

Experience in inside sales, manufacturing, building materials, signs, printing, plastics, fabrication, industrial supplies, construction products, or B2B sales is a plus.

This Position Is Different From Typical Retail Sales\n

Many of our customers don’t know exactly what they need when they contact us.

\n

They may have a drawing, broken part, prototype, sign, display, or simply an idea.

\n

Our salespeople work with the customer to determine the right material and manufacturing process, develop the quote, and turn the customer’s idea into an order.

\n

That means you’ll learn about plastic materials, CNC routing, laser cutting, fabrication, UV printing, signage, and many other manufacturing processes.
