Job Overview A law firm seeks a motivated associate with two to four years of experience to join its Public Companies (Securities and Capital Markets) practice in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will advise public companies on securities law compliance, SEC reporting, and corporate governance matters, while supporting capital markets transactions. Duties Advise on securities law compliance and SEC reporting. Support capital markets transactions, including securities offerings. Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas. Engage directly with clients and management teams. Develop practical problem-solving skills and judgment. Requirements Two to four years of law firm experience. Experience with securities law and corporate governance. Experience in capital markets and financing transactions preferred. Strong academic credentials and writing skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
