Per Diem Physical Therapist

Sanford Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based rehabilitation for diverse patient populations across our integrated health system. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy focused on restoring function, mobility, and independence. You will collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care using EMR.
