• Salary range: $250,000 - $270,000 annually (depending on experience)

A well-established and highly regarded medical practice in Ocala, Florida is seeking a Physician to join its team. With nearly 30 years of stability and growth, this practice offers a supportive, family-oriented environment and a highly efficient, patient-centered model of care.

Practice Overview

• Established for 29 years with a strong reputation in the community
• 6,000 sq. ft. modern facility
• "One-stop shop" model with most services provided in-house
• Tenured staff with the majority of team members in place for 10+ years
• Collaborative, team-focused culture with strong operational support

Position Highlights

• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch break daily
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
• Light, fully remote call schedule (shared among providers)
• Average patient volume: 20-22 patients per day
• Each provider is supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant and additional staff
• Private office provided for each physician

Clinical Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting
• Perform assessments and develop treatment plans
• Make independent medical decisions with full clinical support
• Opportunity to expand scope based on comfort and interests
• Utilize eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR system

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board certification not required
• Active Florida license or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-focused approach
