Patient Care Technician

Patient Care Tech - PRN, Nights
This position consists of 12-hour shifts 7 pm - 7 am, as needed, including holidays and weekends.
The Patient Care Tech, under the supervision of licensed clinical staff, provides care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, demonstrating competency with treatments, procedures and equipment appropriate to the clinical setting and hospital policy.
Qualifications:
Education
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required
Work Experience
- 1 year of patient care experience required, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting.
Licenses and Certifications
- BLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
- CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant preferred
- Certification from a Patient Care Technician program preferred
