Deliver Exceptional Customer Service : Provide outstanding support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Offer Tailored Insurance Solutions : Customize insurance plans that address the unique needs of individuals and businesses.

Build Lasting Client Relationships : Engage with clients to foster strong connections and ensure ongoing satisfaction.

Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to effectively advise clients.

Collaborate with the Team : Work together to drive sales and achieve our business goals.

Requirements

Sales-minded and competitive

Passion for people and developing sales relationships

Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales success

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to achieve high sales targets

Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening

Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

Must be motivated, determined and coachable
