Inventory Management Specialist II Corteva

Inventory Management Specialist II position supporting Unity Lab Services, managing laboratory inventory systems and customer interactions across multiple sites. Role involves RF scanning, stock rotation, cycle counts, and warehouse operations in a GMP-compliant environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate RF scanners and mobile applications for replenishments, stock rotation, cycle counts, and order entry
- Receive, inspect, and store shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Handle customer inquiries primarily via email and phone to resolve issues and build relationships
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to identify and implement workflow improvements
- Monitor stock levels proactively and flag inventory gaps to prevent operational disruptions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years customer-facing, retail stocking, warehouse, or inventory control experience
- Proficiency with RF handheld scanners or mobile scanning applications
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, particularly email
- Ability to lift 30–40 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to work independently at customer sites and comply with pre-employment screening
