We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to lead and support inventory accuracy within a fast-paced warehouse and fulfillment environment.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands inventory processes, warehouse operations, cycle counting, and the importance of maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on the warehouse floor, leading a team, investigating inventory discrepancies, and improving processes.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and support inventory control activities within the warehouse and fulfillment operation.
• Lead and assist a team responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels.
• Oversee cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and help develop processes to reduce errors.
• Work closely with warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and other departments to ensure inventory is properly tracked.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the company's inventory management or warehouse management system.
• Investigate damaged, missing, misplaced, or incorrectly received inventory.
• Help establish and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Train, coach, and support employees on proper inventory processes.
• Monitor team performance and ensure inventory-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare inventory reports and communicate issues or trends to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall warehouse processes.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years warehouse experience or distribution center experience, with specific (3PL) Third party logistics.
• Prior experience in a lead, supervisor, or team leadership role preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory processes, including cycle counting, physical inventory, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Experience using a WMS, ERP, or inventory management system .
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in an e-commerce, fulfillment, distribution, or high-volume warehouse environment is a plus.

Compensation

$50,000–$60,000 per year , depending on experience.
