Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper onboarding and training for new associates.
  • Model performance standards and coach your team.
  • Optimize staffing levels during peak periods.
  • Control cash and assets while adhering to policies.
  • Empower associates to resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Engage with the local community to foster partnerships.
  • Monitor food costs and ensure product quality.
Requirements:
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • ServSafe certification.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for an entire shift.
