Saddleback Ski Operations is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Maintenance Supervisor to lead in the field maintenance and facility, general maintenance team members for Saddleback's buildings and grounds.

Pay: $15.11-17 per hour

Location: In person in beautiful Rangeley, Maine

Position Summary

Ticket Office Associate are often the first people our guests meet and play a key role in creating an outstanding experience from the moment guests arrive. This position provides friendly, efficient customer service while selling lift tickets, season passes, lessons, rentals, gift cards, and other resort products. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and works well as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with friendly, professional customer service.
• Sell lift tickets, season passes, lessons, rentals, gift cards, and other resort products using RTP and other resort systems.
• Answer questions regarding mountain operations, trail conditions, weather, events, and resort policies.
• Accurately process cash, credit card, gift card, and other payment transactions.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist guests with online purchases, waivers, account questions, lost passes, and ticket issues.
• Work closely with Ski & Ride School, Rentals, Lift Operations, and other departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Stay current on products, promotions, pricing, and daily resort operations.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn RTP and other resort software.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or cash-handling experience preferred but not requiredwe're happy to train the right person.
