Temp Sourcer Opportunity
NextStep Recruiting is working with a rapidly growing N. Ft. Worth, TX client who is looking to add a temp sourcer to their growing team! Candidates should have:
- 3+ years of sourcing and processing experience
- Experience sourcing for technicians and sales/business development roles is highly preferred
- Needs someone hungry, a good team player, and willing to think outside the box to find talent
- Familiar with LI recruiting and Indeed is a plus
- Must be able to thrive and handle a fast-paced environment
This is a contract opportunity as our client needs to add someone urgently on a long-term contract basis. They have a close-knit team and strong stability. Please apply today to learn more.
