You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across US & Canada Regions. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the Construction or Manufacturing industries. Proven success recruiting across corporate functions including Engineering, Field Service, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, etc Experience with CRMs like SAP Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and Indeed Experience supporting Shared Services or Center of Excellence environment This is a CTH and does not provide sponsorship.
