Field Foreman - Air Compressor

Primary Job Role Conducts all assigned work safely, adhering to safety policies, environmental and contamination control policies, and wearing proper personal protective equipment. Uses Dealer Business System Software to manage all field operations and work orders. Receives calls, logs information, coordinates and schedules all service requests, following company guidelines to ensure prompt and accurate customer communication and dispatch of technicians. Ensures the appearance, maintenance, and condition of equipment, tooling, trucks, etc. is kept at the highest level per company guidelines. Handles service calls from customers with professionalism and sense of urgency. Assures daily/weekly/monthly vehicle and tooling condition reports are completed accurately and maintains records of truck, tool, and safety item inventories. Ensures all employees know their job assignments at the start of shift, stays up-to-date on work status, and makes necessary adjustments to achieve best possible customer service efficiently. Develops and maintains a cohesive team effort between departments to achieve objectives of profitable growth, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement of service operations; interviews, hires, and coaches technicians. Required Credentials Ability to comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers. Proficiency with computer, Microsoft Office and relevant Dealer software programs. Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria Prior experience in service management. Successfully completed relevant leadership courses. Updating of Knowledge Job requirements change, requiring re‑training to stay current every 1–2 years.
