Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift | 36 Hours per Week | Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 41-bed Medical Telemetry unit serving cardiac, respiratory, metabolic, psychiatric, substance use disorder, GU, and GI patient populations
• Interpret and monitor telemetry strips continuously throughout the shift
• Administer and manage cardiac drips and high-flow oxygen therapy
• Apply and manage TR bands as required by patient care needs
• Document all patient care activities accurately using EPIC EMR
• Float to applicable units as needed based on census and staffing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• AHA-certified Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a single Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel nurse
• Demonstrated ability to independently interpret telemetry strips
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing a diverse patient population including cardiac, respiratory, and behavioral health diagnoses
• Familiarity with TR band management and high-flow oxygen protocols
