About the Position

Job Title: RN Telemetry I Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12.5 Hours Experience: 2+ years with a strong cardiac background License: Active registered nurse license Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Ability to read telemetry strips - Ability to perform cardiac drips Description: The position requires a registered nurse to work in a telemetry unit. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patients' cardiac conditions. Telemetry skills and cardiology experience are essential. The role includes post-cardiac catheterization care and working with devices such as PCI, ICD, and PPM. Experience with TR Band and femoral access methods is necessary. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:6 during night shifts. Candidates should possess excellent skills in interpreting telemetry strips. Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills are required. This role may require every other weekend scheduling.
