Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking a punctual, reliable, and charismatic Bartender to join our team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, thrives under pressure, and possesses a genuine passion for hospitality. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, crafting high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean, welcoming bar environment. Full and part time available in AM & PM shifts. We ask 3 available days minimum. This is a seasonal opportunity.

• Guest Service: Welcome guests warmly, take accurate beverage and food orders, and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.

• Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or custom guest preferences.

• Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area, tools, glassware, and seating clean, sanitized, and organized.

• Inventory & Stocking: Restock ice, garnishes, liquors, beer, and wine throughout the shift. Assist with receiving and organizing inventory deliveries.

• Compliance & Safety: Verifying guest identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age laws. Responsibly manage alcohol service and handle cash/POS transactions accurately.

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment preferred.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of classic cocktails, beer varieties, wine pairings, and standard bar equipment.

• Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills under pressure.

• Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays as required by the season.

• Certifications: Valid local alcohol server certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is highly desirable.
