Entry Level Warehouse Associate Job Description

• Set up and operate production equipment according to factory masters, ensuring accurate machine loading, bundling, and delivery processes.
• Maintain product quality and accuracy by monitoring box quality, verifying bundle/unit counts, and ensuring proper cover sheets, tie sheets, and load tags.
• Support machine operators and team workflow, assisting with production tasks and helping maintain the production schedule.
• Complete documentation and reporting such as production counts, quality issues, and required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Promote safety and equipment reliability by following company policies, maintaining good housekeeping, and submitting proactive maintenance work orders.

Entry Level Warehouse/Forklift Associate Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Warehouse or Manufacturing environment for warehouse positions
• Minimum of 1 year experience operating forklift (sit-down) for Operator positions
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for the entire shift.
