Digital Content Operations Specialist (Hybrid) Cella Lake Forest , IL ( 60045 ) NEW Full Time Location: Mettawa, IllinoisJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $45 - 49 per hourCella is seeking a Digital Content Operations Specialist on behalf of our client, a leader an American pharmaceutical industry, for a 12-month contract position in Mettawa, IL. The Digital Content Operations Specialist will manage the end-to-end creation, development, and regulatory routing of Interactive Visual Aids (IVAs) and Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) assets.Candidates must be commutable to Mettawa, IL to accommodate the hybrid schedule of 1 day per month on site, or as needed by job the requirements. In this role, you will manage day-to-day digital content operations and work closely with marketing teams, technical platforms, and external agencies. Primary Tasks Building and developing Veeva Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) and Interactive Visual Aid (IVA) content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Serving as the project originator for routing completed Veeva CLM materials through formal medical, legal, and regulatory review processes prior to commercial deployment. Collaborating directly with internal marketing stakeholders and external advertising agency partners to adjust design files, refine layout components, and optimize templates. Maintaining and organizing an enterprise-wide inventory of digital components and templates to promote layout scalability across teams. Identifying technical issues and submitting platform enhancement requests to the product owner to help inform the ongoing system development roadmap. Participating in agency feedback sessions to evaluate workflows, tool usage, and overall deployment strategies. Managing multiple digital content projects concurrently while ensuring strict compliance with timelines and regulatory standards. Qualifications Ability to work on-site in Mettawa, IL one day per month as part of a hybrid schedule. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience with Veeva CRM, specifically creating, building, and executing IVAs. 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Veeva CLM content. 3+ years of experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Assets. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on familiarity with Figma, Veeva PromoMats, and WorkFront. Industry Context: Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare sectors is strongly preferred. Digital marketing agency experience is a plus. Core Competencies: Strong project management, Editing, proofreading, and written/verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate across technical and commercial teams.
