We are currently seeking a Rising Star to join our Support Services department. As a Rising Star, you’ll work directly with individuals to assess their needs, develop personalized care plans, and connect them with essential services and supports. Requirements Work a minimum of 20 hours per week. One‑year commitment. Self‑motivated and possess an eagerness to learn. Willingness to listen and participate in tasks. Proficient computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office programs. Key Responsibilities Rising Stars will work directly with our community’s most vulnerable to assist them obtaining community based in‑home health services. In addition, Rising Stars gain leadership experience by participating in, and occasionally leading, cross‑training efforts to ensure adequate coverage for all support services tasks and departmental projects to improve the operations of the business. Further, Rising Stars will be responsible for providing coordination of the Support Services Pool by utilizing in‑depth knowledge of company functions to effectively schedule assessments and provide support services to internal and external clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr CareStar, Inc.
