School Counselor - (9-12)
Full-Time
Mount Notre Dame High School is seeking a full-time, licensed School Counselor for the 2026-2027 school year.
Guided by our Catholic mission and rooted in the belief in the goodness of God, Mount Notre Dame educates and
empowers young women to learn, live, lead, and serve. The School Counselor plays a vital role in supporting the
holistic development of students-academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually-in a collaborative, all-girls
learning environment.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is a student-centered professional who is passionate about working with high school students and
thrives in a collaborative school community. This individual will support students in personal growth, academic
planning, and post-secondary discernment, while contributing to a comprehensive school counseling program.
