As a IT Business Analyst Ill, you will be part of the Financial Center supporting the Agile Development team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and extensive experience in business analysis, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: IT Business Analyst Il Location: Charlotte, NC What's the Job? Coordinate and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies, including Backlog Refinement, PI Planning, and System Demos. Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams to ensure smooth delivery of features and epics. Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and readiness for development. Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and team members to align priorities and deliver value-driven solutions. Support deployment activities, quality standards, and production validation to ensure successful releases. What's Needed? 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership within financial services. Proficiency with Jira, Agile methodologies, and user story creation. Strong understanding of technical solutions and ability to translate requirements effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
