Agape Care Group seeks an After-hours Hospice RN in Chesapeake, Virginia. In this role, you will ensure quality care and serve as a patient advocate, working closely with families and the hospice care team to provide compassionate support. You will work full-time covering on-call hours, supported by a 24/7 RN-staffed triage team. A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required, along with a current state RN license and a heart for serving patients and families.
