Commercial Vehicle Sales Representative As a Commercial Vehicle Sales Representative you will play a key role in growing our commercial vehicle business by developing strong, long-term relationships with local businesses, fleet operators, and commercial accounts.This position is focused primarily on business-to-business sales and new business development. The ideal candidate has previous experience in commercial sales, fleet sales, outside sales, account management, or another B2B sales environment and understands how to identify prospects, build relationships with decision-makers, and develop accounts over time.You will be responsible for representing the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter product line, identifying commercial vehicle opportunities throughout the market, and helping businesses determine the right vehicle solutions for their operational needs.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys developing new business and building a book of commercial clients. The position offers an attractive compensation plan with six-figure earning potential for the right candidate.Key DutiesDrive sales of Mercedes-Benz Sprinter commercial vans to businesses, fleet operators, and commercial clients.Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new business-to-business sales opportunities within the local market.Build relationships with business owners, fleet managers, purchasing managers, operations leaders, and other key decision-makers.Develop and execute strategies to increase commercial Sprinter market share.Prospect, qualify, and manage new fleet and commercial accounts.Maintain and grow relationships with existing commercial customers to generate repeat and referral business.Consult with clients to understand their business operations, vehicle requirements, fleet needs, and replacement cycles.Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and maintain a strong understanding of available products, configurations, and commercial applications.Utilize manufacturer product and sales training programs to maintain a high level of product expertise.Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospective commercial clients.Utilize the dealership's Client Relationship Management (CRM) system daily to document activity, opportunities, and client communication.Review available and incoming inventory to identify solutions for commercial customers.Coordinate and participate in local business-development activities, networking opportunities, commercial events, and promotions.Maintain professional relationships with Mercedes-Benz representatives and commercial partners.Manage the complete commercial sales process from initial prospecting and consultation through vehicle selection, purchase, and delivery.Develop and maintain relationships with commercial leasing companies, fleet management organizations, upfitters, and other business partners.Provide ongoing support to commercial clients after the sale to strengthen long-term relationships and identify future fleet opportunities.Preferred ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas:Commercial or B2B salesFleet or commercial vehicle salesOutside sales or territory developmentAccount managementBusiness developmentAutomotive, transportation, construction, logistics, or equipment salesWe are looking for someone who is comfortable generating their own opportunities, prospecting businesses, developing relationships in the community, and building a long-term commercial client base.
