The Role Close warm, qualified inbound tax resolution leads — no cold calling Lead confident, controlled, and consultative sales conversations Identify client needs and sell real tax resolution solutions , including: Offers in Compromise (OIC) Currently Not Collectible (CNC) status Installment Agreements Penalty Abatement Control the conversation and overcome objections without panic-selling or unnecessary discounting Maintain urgency, confidence, and professionalism from the first conversation through the close Hit your numbers. Compensation: Built for High Performers This isn’t a capped commission job. The better you perform, the more you earn. Base Pay: $18/hour, full-time at 40 hours per week Commission Potential: $12,000–$17,000+ per month Top Earners: Earning upwards of $260,000 annually Uncapped Commission: No ceiling.
