Digital Product Manager, Tissue Acquisition Experience

Natera

Natera seeks a Digital Product Manager to develop and execute the product roadmap for tissue acquisition workflows serving patients, clinics, labs, and operations teams. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to streamline collection processes and enhance user experiences across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive product roadmap aligned with mission and commercial operations objectives
Define KPIs, analyze data, and identify opportunities for product expansion
Create product requirements, user stories, and workflows with engineering and design teams
Collaborate with subject-matter experts to define processes and implementation plans
Facilitate scrum ceremonies and coordinate on-shore and off-shore development teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, healthcare, or related field
3–5+ years of digital product management experience
Track record leading organizational transformation and process optimization
Cross-functional influence and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in agile development and remote team leadership
Healthcare, healthtech, or biotech background preferred
