Accounting ClerkThe accounting clerk will provide accounting and clerical assistance to ensure accurate and timely processing of daily transactions.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine clerical accounting duties while adhering to established standardsServe as a resource for the controllersReconcile cash drawers and deposit funds as needed.Execute accurate reporting, filing, and database management in multiple systemsProcess deals for new, used, and wholesale transactionsProcess vehicle payoffsProcess basic accounting entries.RequirementsFollow all attendance and punctuality standards with adherences to timekeeping standards by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.Maintain a professional appearance and neat work areaOther duties as assigned
