About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead floor and carpet care operations and uphold quality assurance standards across our Georgetown, TX sites. You'll be the go-to expert for floor/carpet inspections, staff training, and customer relationships — someone who takes pride in getting the details right and can lead a bilingual team with confidence. What You'll Do Uphold Green Apple's Quality Assurance Guidelines and CIMS certification standards across all assigned sites Conduct regular floor and carpet inspections and audits; identify and correct issues proactively Perform and train staff on floor/carpet care techniques (stripping, waxing, buffing, extraction, encapsulation, bonnet cleaning) Deliver ongoing technical training Serve as the primary customer-facing contact — conduct regular client walkthroughs and resolve concerns promptly Support hiring, performance reviews, and team development Manage supply, chemical, and equipment inventory Ensure OSHA and safety compliance, including chemical safety data sheet (SDS) recordkeeping Report site performance, audit results, and training completion to management What You'll Need Must demonstrate proven track record of upholding positive work culture Supervising Experience Hands-on knowledge of floor and carpet care equipment and methods Familiarity with CIMS certification standards (a plus) Strong leadership, training, and communication skills Comfortable being customer-facing and hands-on on the floor Valid driver's license (travel between Georgetown sites required) Ability to work weekends or evenings occasionally What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience A leadership role with real growth potential Green Apple Commercial Cleaning is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
