Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Endoscopy to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized procedures such as ERCP, managing imaging catheters and stents.
• Assist with EUS operations, including Fine Needle Aspiration for biopsies.
• Conduct EMR/ESD setups and procedures for complex polyp removal.
• Utilize specialized equipment for enteroscopy and small bowel treatment.
• Assist with endolumenal surgeries, including suturing and stent deployment.
• Ensure high-level disinfection and reprocessing of endoscopic equipment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with experience in endoscopy procedures.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Effective communication skills for patient care and team collaboration.
• Strong circulating and teching skills for advanced endoscopic procedures.
• Ability to pass a skills exam with a minimum score of 90%.
• Adherence to fingernail policy and willingness to follow facility protocols.
