We're looking for enthusiastic, hard-working individuals to join our front-of-house team as Servers!

Position Overview:

As a Server at Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar, you will be the face of our restaurant. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience by providing excellent service, creating a friendly atmosphere, and delivering food and drinks in a timely manner. If you have a passion for food, a positive attitude, and enjoy interacting with people, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about ingredients or preparation

Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring the order is correct and presented attractively

Manage guest requests, concerns, and complaints with care and attention to detail

Ensure cleanliness and organization of your station and dining areas

Work as part of a team to deliver a seamless guest experience

Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions

Follow all health and safety regulations

Perform all other assigned job duties

Requirements:

Previous server or customer service experience is preferred but not required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a team player mentality

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Ability to stand, walk, and carry food and beverages for extended periods

Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus

Physical Requirements:

This is a physically active role requiring the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift items (up to 40 lbs) throughout the day. Good vision, hearing, and manual dexterity are essential to success in this position.
