About the Job GENERAL DENTIST - LOCUM TENENS. We are seeking an experienced General Dentist for an urgent locum opportunity. This position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule and the potential for a longer-term assignment. SCHEDULE:
- Monday-Friday.
- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
- Start date: ASAP, approximately 1-2 weeks after credentialing.
- Assignment length: 3-12 months , with option to extend.
- Preference for a 6-12 month commitment.
- General Dentistry.
- Approximately 16-18 patients per day.
- Must be comfortable treating patients ages 5 through adult.
- EPIC Wisdom EMR.
- Complex cases can be referred out as appropriate.
- Fillings.
- Extractions.
- Root canals.
- Crowns.
- 3D printing.
- General restorative and comprehensive dental care.
- Complex cases will be referred out.
- Active dental license preferred due to the urgent need.
- Candidates must have no malpractice claims due to insurance enrollment requirements.
- Providers needing licensure may be considered if the licensing process can be expedited.
- Client has a contact with the dental board to assist with the licensing process if needed.
- Travel and lodging covered by the client.
- Urgent need - qualified and available providers are encouraged to apply.
