Sheet Metal Mechanic’s Responsibilities Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications Installation of commercial HVAC Mechanical Equipment and Systems Layout, measure, manipulate, and install duct works systems according to contract or CAD drawings Perform high quality work while maintaining schedules Ability to work collaboratively on a team and independently as needed Actively maintain a clean and safe work environment to facilitate industry leading safety practices Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Employer Paid Short- and Long-Term Disability Employer Paid Life Insurance Policy up to $50,000 401(k) Matching Program Referral Bonus Program Paid Time Off & Holidays Position Requirements Sheet Metal Mechanic’s Requirements Must have Journeyman or Master license Minimum of 2 years of work/field experience in commercial HVAC construction industry Knowledge of various commercial HVAC mechanical systems Punctual and dependable work habits Strong work ethic Ability to work on ladders, stand, reach, bend, and lift objects of up to 50 lbs. for 90% of the day Must pass pre‑employment background check and drug screening Equal Opportunity Employer Worth & Company, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity at all levels.
