Office Manager

Job Description

We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Manage invoicing, processing payments, collections, and improving cash flow
Assist owners with government proposals, contracts, and submittals
Organize records and information
Plan travel and accommodations for crew members
Provide administrative assistance to management team
Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, collect mail, etc.)

Qualifications:

Previous experience in government contracts and invoicing
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong leadership qualities
