About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Customer Marketing to spearhead the development of its customer community and advocacy function. This senior individual contributor role is a unique opportunity to build and own the customer marketing and community strategy from the ground up, with a focus on creating experiences and programs that foster a thriving ecosystem of enthusiastic customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing distinct communities and experiences for various customer audiences, from technical practitioners to senior marketing leaders, and for building strong relationships with enterprise customers to identify advocates and champions. The role also involves partnering closely with sales, customer success, marketing, and events to turn customer enthusiasm into measurable business impact. Candidates for the Head of Customer Marketing position at the company should have a background in B2B SaaS customer marketing, customer advocacy, community, or a related function, with a proven track record of building something from the ground up. Experience in working with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders is essential, as is a strong understanding of how customer advocacy and community can support business goals. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create high-quality experiences for sophisticated audiences, be proactive, and have strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
