Qualifications Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine Board certification in Family Medicine Active medical license in North Carolina or willingness to obtain Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Schedule Full-time position with flexible scheduling Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm No weekends required with minimal call responsibilities Emphasis on work-life balance to support personal and professional well‑being Practice Details We offer a collaborative team-based approach to patient care Utilize new facilities equipped with the latest technology and resources Supportive administrative staff You will have the opportunity to build and maintain a well-estbalished patient panel Compensation

• 250,000 base salary guaranteed for 2 years, with additional production bonuses
