We specialize in residential and light commercial HVAC installations, replacements, and service. We are currently seeking an Experienced HVAC Installer / Technician to join our growing team.

Requirements:

Must have 4+ years of HVAC field experience.

Position Summary:

The HVAC Installer / Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems.

• Install ductwork, thermostats, and related HVAC components.

• Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing equipment.

• Replace defective components and install replacement parts as needed.

• Maintain an organized inventory of tools and materials.

• Follow all company policies and industry safety standards.

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

• Complete all assigned work accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• HVAC trade school training, apprenticeship, or equivalent field experience preferred.

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience required.

• EPA Certification preferred.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices.

• Ability to read and interpret installation manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, gauges, and testing equipment.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Professional communication and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.

• Ability to stand, kneel, crawl, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas as needed.
