By leveraging 3D CAD software and simulation tools, they will need to identify key change points and summarize into a specification that fixes design requirements. This individual will be asked to drive forward projects and activity as functional Project Leader, Person In Charge(PIC), or Subject Matter Expert, from inception through the handoff to final design/assy. They will be asked to focus on characteristic improvements, which align with the Business Unit strategy and regional goals. They will be asked to collaborate with the design team and plant members in order to achieve required quality, cost, and safety criteria.Key AccountabilitiesDevelopment of optimal machine concepts for any process characteristic change; by utilizing fundamentally sound engineering principles.Provides technical support of equipment/process and the ability to feed/indirectly support the Project Leadership function.
